3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided by Basketball Court Builders of Houston are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing. Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and site conditions visible at the time of evaluation.

Final project costs may vary based on unforeseen conditions, changes in scope, material availability, or additional services requested by the client. Any changes to the agreed scope will require written approval and may result in adjusted pricing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit may be required to secure project scheduling
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Late payments may be subject to service charges. Work may be suspended for non-payment until outstanding balances are resolved.

5. Project Scheduling and Delays

Project start dates are estimated based on current workload and material availability.Basketball Court Builders of Houston will make reasonable efforts to begin work on the scheduled date, but we are not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Permitting delays
• Material supply chain issues
• Site access restrictions
• Changes requested by the client
• Force majeure events

6. Warranties

Basketball Court Builders of Houston stands behind the quality of our workmanship. We provide:

• Workmanship warranty on installation and construction
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and products (where applicable)

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

7. Permits and Regulations

Basketball Court Builders of Houston will assist with obtaining necessary permits for your project where required by local regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring their property complies with HOA requirements and local zoning laws. Additional fees may apply for permit applications and inspections.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basketball Court Builders of Houston shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Basketball Court Builders of Houston and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Custom designs created for clients become the client's property upon final payment.

10. Governing Law
